The house is located in San Pedro street, 22 in Biskarret, Navarre. Have category 3 Sheets and hire full capacity for 16 people. It is an old house in the year 1830, which was completely rehabilitated in 2005, keeping the architectural style of the area.

This house has a privileged situation, as it is within the urban area while being distant from people's homes.

The house has three plants distributed as follows:

• - On the ground floor we have a large living room of 60 m. square, with sofas sufficient capacity for the house, a very long dining table with 16 chairs, television TFT, stereo, DVD, and various board games.
  Since there are two exits, one leading to a covered porch where we stacked firewood for lighting the fireplace, also has a table with chairs, the other exit leads to a terrace which is back in the barbecue and also chairs and tables. In this we rear garden and is surrounded by fields belonging to the house, where we can see cattle grazing Pyrenean race. Also in this plant is the kitchen fully equipped with all the modern tools that we make life more comfortable. There is also a toilet.
  
  - On the first floor we have a small reading room, wishing for a bit of relaxation and four double rooms with beds for 105 cm., With bath in each class and television.
